INGREDIENTS:
- ½ leek
- ½ onion
- 2 sticks of celery
- 1 pumpkin taste
- 1 can vegetable broth
- Salt / pepper
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ¼ cup coconut milk (Optional)
- 1/8 teaspoon curry or saffron and mustard seeds
- 1 cup pistachios broken.
PROCESS:
- Cut all ingredients into small cubes, cooking with saffron, ginger, and mustard seeds.
- Then I blend it and put the fire again with vegetable broth to boil add the coconut milk, turn off heat and serve with pistachios and crouton.
